Mark Saadine

Founder & Managing Partner

Mark is the Founder and Managing Partner of Generational Growth Partners. He is an experienced hospitality and consumer private equity leader focused on building businesses and culture. Prior to founding GGP, Mark spent 14 years at Bain Capital Private Equity, most recently as Managing Director, where he was a senior member of the investment team and played a leadership role in the restaurant, leisure, hospitality and consumer services verticals and the team’s recent sector investments.

Mark brings significant sourcing and value creation experience, over the last 10 years assessing hundreds of opportunities and playing a role in 10+ platform investments with a particular focus on founder / family partnerships.

Mark received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School as a George Fellow. Mark also graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BA in International Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences. Mark’s first job was coaching kids at a multi-sport summer camp.

Mark is a first-generation American born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Mark lives in Larchmont, New York with his wife Helin, their son Theodore, and their cat Joia. He is a supporter of UNICEF refugee efforts.
