Kaelin Goulet

Kaelin is a Founding Partner of Generational Growth Partners, where she leads value creation. She has deep experience driving growth initiatives at consumer businesses. Prior to GGP, Kaelin spent 19 years at Boston Consulting Group, including seven years as Managing Director & Partner leading Consumer Private Equity in North America, where she advised across diligence, strategy, growth and value creation.

Kaelin brings deep diligence and operating experience, spanning more than 200+ diligence and value creation projects, with particular expertise in fitness, leisure, beauty and consumer services. She and Mark share a longstanding partnership, having worked together on dozens of engagements over the last 10 years.

Kaelin received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Dartmouth College. Her first job was as a checkout clerk at Marczyk Fine Foods.

Kaelin splits her time between New York and Salt Lake City with her husband, Alex, and is a sub-3:00 marathoner and a Girls on the Run volunteer.
